A field recording of inside a train - a sound that has distorted and would be good for sound design, recorded on a zoom h8.

Long freight train, slow. Moving ~10mph with slight acceleration. Recording distance ~50 ft on breezy day.

The recording was made by the tracks not not at the train station. I recorded this on a trail near the firth of forth. Waiting for the train :) i think i can hear the sound of the tracks and the passing train with interest. Enjoy.

This is a sound of a mercedes benz 709d mini bus driving on a really hard icy road. It was a rattly old bus, everything squeaked and rumbled on it. I videoed this journey with my canon powershot a460 digital camera, i simply took the sound from the video. It's a good sound, it turned out well thanks to the winter weather, and the rough icy road. I videoed this sound of a subway train in glasgow scotland on the famous "clockwork orange" train as they are called. I used my canon powershot a460 digital camera to video this, i simply took the sound from the video. I was lucky enough to get a good run on this with just a few poeple on board, so there wasn't any other sound apart from the train, the only time you here some movement of feet is when the doors open. Several shots taken from a over-and-under shooter during pheasant shoot in very windy conditions in a deep valley. Recorded with rode ntg-1 shotgun on sony fs7, audio pulled directly from. Aerosol spray can squirting. This particular can was full of compressed air. I could almost sense their disappointment as the excited air molecules escape and disperse into what is in reality a rather drab room with a middle-aged man standing in the middle.
